KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS TO DETERMINE SUCCESS OF SEASON

Strict Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will be utilised to determine how successful coursing is and the first significant KPI's) will be the number of greyhounds nominated for each meeting.  Must have 96 or more.  The Sylvester Doyle Puppy Championship and the Derby and Oaks for puppies whelped on or after 1st March, 2015 ust have 32 puppy nominations for each event. Our supreme event the Waterloo Cup must have 64 All Aged Greyhounds nominated.

For coursing to continue it is imperative that we obtain these numbers.  Even surpass them, as this sends a powerful message that coursing has a place in the greyhound industry within Victoria.

A Veterinary Surgeon will be on course for the entire meeting.
